We accept applications on a rolling basis until positions are filled. 

The decision to be an AMA is important will ultimately change your life. Ask yourself: 

• Why do I want to serve? What gifts can I offer? 

• What gifts do I need to grow? Pray about it. 

• Talk about it with someone you trust.

What is the Process? 

1. Conversation with the AMA director. Please get in touch with Sandra Piwko at sandy@assumptioncenter.org to set up a phone conversation. 

2. If it is determined that AMA could be a good fit for you, the next step is filling out our application. 

3. Virtual or in-person interview, scheduled with the director after all forms and letters are received.

Supporting Forms 

• Self-evaluation Form 

• Two References - one personal (non-family member), one professional to be sent directly from the reference

• Medical Form - completed by your doctor or your college Health & Wellness Center

• Conversation with a licensed counselor, or staff at your college Health & Wellness/Counseling Center form 

• $10.00 application fee - pay by PayPal with the "donate" button  ​​​
